2. For your info to be displayed please e-mail promo materials in ‘j-peg’ format (preferably) or ‘pdf’ format, together with a link to event’s website (if there’s one) and short description. If you include info about the Organisation you represent we will add you to our database.
3. If you want your poster on City Council Notice Board in Hereford’s High Town as well as here, please send the hard copy of event’s poster to – Hereford City Council, Town Hall, St Owen Street, Hereford, FAO: Mrs Olena Barrett.
(Please note – priority of space on the High Town Notice Bord will be given firstly to events run and sponsored by Hereford City Council, secondly to events happening within Hereford City boundaries and thirdly to events happening in Herefordshire. There is, however, always a space for your info on our online Notice Boards)
